Rejuvenation Yoga

Maree’s approach to Yoga is a fusion of the mastery of many programs and disciplines she has practiced. From Pilates, Breath Work, Energy techniques, neuroplasticity and mindfulness techniques and many, many more.

Fundamentally – it is all about what you need and what you are after in your health and wellbeing. The picture above shows the relaxation time at the end of the body work and some standing breath work.

What to Expect From a Session

75 minute sessions are small groups where individual needs are catered for all throughout the nurturing time together. The welcoming environment allows you to relax, have a giggle and discover techniques of mindfulness to enhance your overall rejuvenation of body and mind.

There are so many options and pathways for you. All limitations will be considered, for example if you are not comfortable seated on the floor, chairs are available.

Sessions are $20 each or 5 session block $95.

Private Rejuvenation Yoga and Health Strategy Sessions

Available upon request, this program is to assist the creation of a strategy and movements to assist you to maintain a youthful and full quality of life. These sessions include vision setting, specific strategies for your individual mechanics and bio-individuality with nutrition, sleep, relaxation, niggles / aches / pains / injury management and rejuvenation amongst more.

Sessions can be Face to Face or remote.
