The wait is over—today we gallop boldly into the long-awaited Year of the Fire Horse, igniting on February 17 with fierce Yang energy, unbridled passion, and unstoppable momentum.

This rare Fire Horse cycle (returning only every 60 years) calls us to embrace speed, freedom, and courageous action: releasing old blocks like stagnant anger through the body’s sacred releases, easing the right hip to stride our true-life path with unapologetic ease, and fortifying the lower back as the unshakable foundation for our boldest dreams.

This is no gentle transition—it’s a fiery invitation to charge forward, realign every layer of body, mind, emotion, and spirit, and claim the vibrant, liberated life that’s been calling you.

A look at the Mind ~ Body ~ Soul of Healing

In the realm of holistic healing, physical pain and illness are far more than isolated symptoms—they are wise, metaphysical messengers from the body, revealing where emotional, mental, or spiritual energies have become blocked or misaligned.

By listening with compassion, we uncover the deeper story:

  • A tight right hip may be gently reminding you to walk your life path with greater ease and trust, releasing the need to push or control the journey ahead.
  • Lower back discomfort often signals a call to strengthen your inner foundation, so you feel fully supported as you create and step into your desired future.
  • Even a flu can be a sacred release, the body’s way of flushing out stored anger and stagnant emotions to make space for clarity and renewal.

Symptoms hold rich, multi-layered meanings as wise signals from within, but the deeper journey is to gently guide the body beyond the need to unravel through them. This allows the opening to restore harmony, effortless flow, and profound joy throughout the healing process.

At the heart of true rejuvenation is a holistic approach—one that honours every layer of your being.

Rather than treating the physical alone, we address the interconnected whole: body, mind, emotions, and energy.

Through mindful movement, breathwork, energy attunement, and intuitive guidance, you learn to decode your body’s language, dissolve what no longer serves you, and realign with vibrant health and soul-led living.

This is the path to lasting freedom—where healing becomes not just relief, but a beautiful homecoming to your whole, radiant self.

The Mind ~ Body ~ Soul to Release and Transform Stored Grief

Wednesday 4th March

In this intimate, small-group workshop, we create a deeply supportive space to gently release and transform stored grief held within the body, mind, and soul.

We will honour your current physical symptoms and concerns as sacred messengers—inviting emotional release and spiritual expansion.

Exploring how tensions or discomforts (such as tight hips signaling resistance on your life path, lower back calling for stronger foundations, high blood pressure – potentially a person triggering your blood to boil or inflammation as unexpressed emotion) guide us toward deeper healing and growth.

From there, we flow into gentle, mindful movement practices designed to liberate stagnant grief—rebalancing the nervous system, stimulating lymphatic flow for deep detoxification, nurturing adrenal recovery to calm inflammation, and supporting cellular renewal.

Through intentional breath, somatic awareness, and loving presence, we move old energy out and invite the high vibration and frequency of love to fill the newly opened space.

This is a profound, rejuvenating journey of soul alignment, emotional freedom, and radiant wholeness—coming home to your most liberated, vibrant self.

This is non-denominational and welcomes all faith-based and non-faith-based approaches to spirituality.
